Event Overview:
The 2026 Global Sourcing Forum – Kaohsiung was held on April 21 at the Kaohsiung Exhibition Center. The event aimed to connect Taiwan’s regional strengths with global demand by inviting nearly 200 international buyers to Taiwan for in-person, one-on-one procurement meetings with local companies. The industries include fasteners, rubber and plastics machinery, hardware and hand tools, automotive parts and accessories, plastic products, green energy and environmental solutions, smart mobility, and shipbuilding, exhibiting the manufacturing strength of Kaohsiung and southern Taiwan. Through face-to-face matchmaking, the event reinforced connections between international buyers and Taiwanese enterprises, hence supporting local industries in expanding their global business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist check-ins at the service desk, identity verification and document issuing, assist with contacting vendors, manage the waiting area and the standby area, oversee meeting schedules and maintained order during business matchmaking sessions, provide on-call support and assistance with various tasks
