The Call Management and Waiting area teams coordinated participant flow, ensured the smooth progression of one-on-one meetings, and managed standby arrangements as needed. Meanwhile, Table Coordinators oversaw meeting schedules, monitored the duration of each business session, and maintained order throughout the matchmaking process. They also provided real-time operational coordination and on-site support to ensure all business meetings were conducted efficiently and on schedule
