Job Responsibilities:
Service desk staff were responsible for stamp collection activities and providing general event information, while the giveaway counter verified eligible purchase receipts and distributed promotional gifts. The interactive team managed game activities and organized visitor queues for mascot photo opportunities. On-call personnel were deployed to assist with crowd flow at high-traffic booths and replenish event supplies, ensuring smooth and efficient on-site operations throughout the event.
Event Overview:
This year’s Railway Bento Festival made its appearance with the theme “A New Era of Bento Journey” and reached an all-time high. The event featured the annual limited-edition handmade bentos from the six catering divisions of Taiwan Railway, while also highlighting local low-carbon ingredients through cross-industry collaboration. The international section also took people’s attention by storm with 15 Japanese railway operators invited to exhibit overseas, including, for the first time in Taiwan, Enoshima Electric Railway and JR East. In addition, the event offered exclusive Taiwan Railway Dream Factory limited-edition model collectibles at 42% off, transforming Taipei Main Station’s concourse into an immersive railway-themed paradise that combines food, culture, and entertainment.
