Event Overview:
The 2026 Annual Conference of Taiwan Society of Emergency Medicine(TSEM) was held under the theme “Resilient Emergency Care: Standing Strong in Times of Crisis.” The conference focused on resilience development in emergency medicine, interdisciplinary collaboration, and emerging trends in the field amid increasingly demanding healthcare environments.
The program featured five keynote speeches, more than 20 seminars, clinical skills competitions, and research presentations. Renowned emergency medicine experts from Taiwan and abroad were invited to share the latest research findings, clinical expertise, and innovative applications. Topics span critical and emergency care, disaster medicine, toxicology, AI-driven healthcare technologies, and emergency care quality, providing a valuable platform for international academic exchange and the sharing of clinical practices.
In addition, the second floor of the venue featured an exhibition area with more than 30 medical industry exhibitors, showcasing the latest medical equipment, emergency care devices, healthcare information systems, and medical technologies. The exhibition provided a valuable platform for healthcare professionals and industry representatives to exchange ideas, foster collaboration, and strengthen the integration of clinical practice with technological innovation. This year's conference also coincided with the election of the Society's board of directors and supervisors. Through well-planned venue logistics, effective attendee guidance, and carefully coordinated voting and ballot-counting procedures, the election was conducted smoothly without disrupting the conference program, which demonstrated our company’s strong organizational capabilities and professionalism in managing a large-scale medical conference.
Job Responsibilities:
During the pre-event phase, responsibilities included exhibitor recruitment and liaison, the design and production of event materials, contacting international speakers, and overall program scheduling and on-site logistics.
On the event day, responsibilities encompassed attendee registration, crowd flow and queue management, presentation and audiovisual operations, on-site support for speakers and session chairmen, access control, and flexible operational assistance as needed to ensure the smooth execution of all sessions and event activities.
