Event Overview:
COMPUTEX 2025 successfully concluded on May 23, drawing massive crowds over its four-day run. A total of 86,521 buyers from 152 countries, including Japan, the United States, South Korea, Vietnam, and India, attended the exhibition. As a leading global exhibition for AI and startups, this year’s event was themed “AI Next,” bringing together top technology companies and startup teams from around the world. The show attracted leading global buyers and generated strong business potential across the entire supply chain, highlighting Taiwan’s pivotal role as a hub for global technology exchange.
In its Top 10 Strategic Technology Trends for 2025, Gartner highlights that autonomous AI, humanoid robots, and advanced computing will profoundly reshape how industries operate as AI applications continue to flourish across industries worldwide. This year, COMPUTEX focused on three key themes: “Smart Computing & Robotics,” “Next-Generation Technologies,” and “Future Mobility,” showcasing forward-looking innovations and real-world AI applications across different fields. Pegatron demonstrated its integration capabilities in innovative applications and human–machine interaction through exhibiting an interactive biomimetic robotic dog and immersive VR headsets. BenQ created a multi-zone interactive pavilion, where its AI-powered golf simulator, which integrated visual tracking, motion sensing, and intelligent analytics, allowed visitors to analyze their swings in real time, drawing well-received responses. Meanwhile, Advantech and Solomon Technology showcased a range of cutting-edge innovations, including autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), collaborative robotic arms, and AIoT platforms, showcasing the strong capabilities of Taiwanese companies in smart manufacturing systems and applications.
The Taiwan Advanced Automotive Technology Development Association (TADA) established a Smart Mobility Pavilion, joining forces with 19 brands like Wincomm, Pegatron, Sysgration, and oToBrite to showcase a wide range of automotive solutions. Together, they aim to promote technological exchange and collaboration in smart and electric vehicle development.
