Event Overview:
Organized by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council, the Hobby & Fun Festival officially opened today (April 18) at the Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1, kicking off a vibrant three-day event. Centered around the theme of a “Hobby Universe,” the festival showcases a diverse range of handmade brands, building blocks and puzzles, artisan crafts, and curated lifestyle selections. It also features a variety of engaging programs, including hands-on workshops (FUN! CLASS) and stage activities (FUN! PLACE). Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned handcrafter, the event offers a space to spark inspiration, relaxation, and sense of accomplishment that come with hands-on creativity.
Hobby & Fun Festival brings together over a hundred brands, tourism factories, internationally renowned artists, and artisan creators, along with a lineup of trending names. Highlights include True Way Toy, known for its original building block products inspired by Taiwanese culture; Jean Cultural & Creative Group, which focuses on developing cultural and creative merchandise; and Renoir Puzzle. Together, they infuse the exhibition with a rich blend of cultural creativity, traditional craftsmanship, and modern aesthetics. In addition, the New Taipei City Industrial Tourism Development Association has gathered 11 tourism factories to jointly showcase products such as leather crafts, ceramics, and baked goods, while also offering on-site DIY experiences for visitors.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide consultation at the service desk, inspect exhibition booths for decoration and regulatory compliance, conduct satisfaction surveys with international buyers, guide and assist attendees with queue management, validate tickets for access control, assist with badge exchange, assist with ticket sales, provide on-call support and assistance with various tasks
