HWH was honored to welcome the second cohort of trainees from the Ministry of Labor’s Workforce Development Agency Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli Branch’s International Trade Procurement ERP Practices (Taoyuan) program for a company visit and exhibition tour.

💡 During the visit, Talent Connect introduced participants to real case studies from previous events, offering insights into the structure and operations of the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) industry. The team also highlighted the wide range of professional roles involved in exhibition planning and execution, helping trainees understand the practical demands of the field and its career opportunities. In addition, the visit featured an introduction to the Taiwan Exhibition & Convention Association and its member network, helping participants grasp the broader industry ecosystem. HWH also shared its ongoing initiatives to support youth and career changers in transitioning into the workforce —a vital step toward bridging the gap between industry needs and available talent.💼

Following the company visit, we headed to 💻COMPUTEX TAIPEI 2025, where participants explored the latest industry trends 🚀 and gained firsthand exposure to the scale and dynamics of major trade shows, deepening their interest and understanding of the MICE industry.

HWH will continue working alongside the Exhibition & Convention Association of the R.O.C. to promote the development of the MICE industry through collaboration with various institutions and schools. These efforts will support balanced talent cultivation and encourage more individuals to join this exciting and fast-growing field. 🤝
